Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim.  In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.  Al-salam 'alaykum wa-rahmat Allah wa barakatuhu kulluhu.  May all the peace, the beneficence, and the blessing of God be upon us all.

My love you (anbu), my dearest brothers and sisters - Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler)

1.  Introduction and Opening Prayer - O our Father, our Shaikh, our Guru, we
need Your love, please, please, please, destroy us, and reveal You

Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim.  In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.  Al-salam 'alaykum, my dearest brother Asma'el Muhaiyaddeen
(Rich Hacket).  My love you (anbu) - Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Louie Beutler).

We must always remember and never doubt that we are all very good Children of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased you Him), but we all still have a lot to learn about the proper way to think, intend, speak, gather together, as well as act and do duty while still living in the world.

Let us go on a little adventure together and see what Bawa has to teach us today about this, and as you did in your last letter, let us start our journey with a prayer, "making God's intention our search", and invoking the presence of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) to take us on this adventure, as He does in the book, A Mystical Journey.

In this way, inviting His Holiness to come out of our heart of purity and clarity, out of our innermost heart or Qalb, which is where He lives within us as One with God, and as One with all of the stuff of God within us, and into our mind and desire, which is where we still live within us, in a state of separation and differences, having become one with everything that God has discarded within us.

Inviting His Holiness in this way to complete God's intention within us, which is to reveal True Man within the Creation of God within us, which is the dunya or this world within us, and to complete True Man's intention within us, which is to reveal God within the Creation of True Man within us, which is akhirah or the next world within us.

2. Establishing The Presence of God Within us - by saying the word "Bawa",
or "Bawa Muhaiyaddeen", or "Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa
Muhaiyaddeen" (may God be pleased with Him)

Let us all do this right now.  Let us all Stop for a moment, before reading any further, and do this divine work within us, of joining with our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), within us, to do God's work within us.

And we do this, by first properly setting our intention on God's intention within us, of "making God's intention our intention", by reflecting on the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) that God has personally placed within each of us living in this age, and then, by inviting Bawa within us to use us, to use all that is within us, to complete God's intention within us, which is to reveal True Man within the Creation of God within us.

And we invite Bawa to do this divine work within us, this divine work of "destroying us and of revealing God within us", we do this act of establishing the presence of God within us, by simply saying the word, "Bawa", or "Bawa Muhaiyaddeen", or "Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen" (may God be pleased with Him), before we say or do anything.

Remembering at all time that Bawa has taught us,

"If you are there God is not there, and if God is there you are not there."

3.  Reciting The "Father's Prayer" Each Day - opens up our life each day to the
power of God within us, and closes down our life each day to the power of hell
within us, allowing God to finish what He has started within us, which is to
reveal True Man within the Creation of God within us

And for this child all of this means reciting the following prayer, "The Father's Prayer", that His Holiness has told us to say every day,

"O our Father, our Shaikh, our Guru, we need your love,
please, please, please destroy us, and reveal You."

"Destroy us as separate from You and You as separate from Us,
And reveal us as One with You and You as One with Us."

"Destroy the life of separation and differences that You have given us,
And reveal the life of Oneness and Unity, of Justice and Truth, and of
Compassion and Unity, that You have also given us."

          Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.
          Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.
          Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.
          Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar.

4.  Only God Is Good, Is Goodness - as True Man within the Creation of True Man
          within us

My dearest loving brother, there are no good people living in the world, all the good people have left the world before they died and have entered their innermost heart or Qalb, to do duty "here" from "there", not "here" from "here", and this is what we must also do before we die, if we are to become truly good.

We must join with our Shaikh to allow our Shaikh to finish what He has started within us, which is to reveal True Man within the Creation of God within us, which is the sifat or form of God's Creation within us, which is all that is bad within us, allowing True Man to reveal God within the Creation of True Man within us, which is the sirr or secret within the sifat or form of the Creation of God within us, which is all that is good within us.  Then and only then will we be truly good.

Thank you for the following list of God's truth that you sent to us with your last letter, which was very inspiring.

          1)  Surrender, love, trusting the light within the heart, trusting other lives as
                    one's own.
          2)  Living within that light and addressing the light within others' hearts in all
                    matters,
          3)  Living love through forgiveness, respect, tolerance, compassion, unity.
          4)  Service comes in many forms: He calls it "duty" because it is what is
                    "due to" Him.
          5)  Some serve the form, some the formless; some serve by giving, others by
receiving; some by loving, others by accepting love.
          6)  Allah has 99 Names.
          7)  And though Justice and Mercy often seem to be in conflict, as the One
who destroys and the One who creates, as the Inner and the Outer:
the conflict is apparent only, within our narrow vision. For God, no conflict.

However, my dearest loving brothers, we must be very careful when we do this type of work in the world for the following reasons.

One day Bawa told us,

"You should stop talking about being good, and instead become good. The
two are very different and there is a great trap in talking about being good.
For when you hear yourself talking about being good, you begin to think that
you are good, when in truth you are not good, and you fail to do the things
necessary to become truly good, instead becoming hypnotized by your own
speech about goodness. This is the danger of this type of behavior."

Another day Bawa told us,

"There are no good people in the world, only God is Good."

My dearest loving brother, we must realize, without the slightest doubt that goodness is an aspect of God, not of man in the state of 'separation from' God, of "separation from" each other, and of "separation from" the Creation of God, that God has so lovingly placed within each of us.

We must realize with our wisdom, with the life and teaching of our Shaikh within us, of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), that in truth only True Man is good, that only one in the state of "oneness with" God, of "oneness with" man, and of "oneness with" all of the Creation of God within us, is good, not us living in the state of "separation and differences", in the world that we see as existing "outside" of us.

Not us living in the state of arrogance, karma, and illusion within our mind and desire, but rather us living in the state of "oneness with" God, as the wisdom of God, as the Oneness of God and His Creation, which in maturity becomes the Love of God, becomes the Oneness of True Man and His Creation, in the world of Truth and Light within our Qalb or innermost heart.

5.  Joining With Our Shaikh To Reveal True Man Within Us - is our real work,
not working for wages to get into heaven, or trying to live in the world better,
or trying to make the word a better place

We must realize that goodness is the heart of the One within whom the 6th level of wisdom, Divine Analytic Wisdom, the wisdom of the Qutb of God, the wisdom that explains, has dawned, allowing him to differentiate himself into the 7 heavens and the 7 hell, into good and evil, into darkness and light, by causing the Light of God within him, know as the Nur or Aathi Muhammad to emerge out of the Darkness of God within him, known as anathi or "our life of separation and differences living in the world that we see as existing outside of us".

By allowing the life of God within him, which is the True Disciple within him, to meditate upon the Power of God within him, which is the pure and perfect heart of his Shaikh within him, allowing the heart of his Shaikh to vibrate within him, and take over his life.

Transforming it into the Triple Flame of God within him, into God, the Shaikh, and the Disciple, which in maturity become the Nur Muhammad within him - Ya Allah, Ya Rasul, Ya Muhaiyaddeen - which is the seed of iman, the seed of True Man within him, becoming in this way, the Nur Muhammad within the Nur Muhammad, which is the understanding of the Nur Muhammad within him, revealing in this way Allah Muhammad within him or True Man within the Creation of God within him, which is the seed of Islam, the seed of God within him.

And in this way, allowing him to discard the 7 hells within him, and close down the 3 worlds within him that keep him separated from God: the world of hell, the world of jinns, and the world of fairies within him.

Allowing Him to embrace the 7 heavens within Him, becoming the Palace of the soul, and as wisdom, as the wisdom of Qutb Muhaiyaddeen Abdul Qadir al-Jilani (may God be pleased with Him), join with the soul within Him, which He has removed from the cross of His elemental body by pulling out the 5 nails of desire for the world with wisdom, the five nails of desire for earth, fire, water, air, and ether.

In this way, having joined with the liberated soul, as Qutb Muhaiyaddeen Abdul Qadir al-Jalani (may God be pleased with Him), as the Palace of the Soul, the House of Wisdom, as Adam (peace be upon Him) having recovered from the fall, He then goes in search of the Nur within Him, the light of God that emerged out of the power of God in anathi, preparing the way for the awakening of the Nur Muhammad within Him, which is the light of wisdom, the body of the soul, that was placed on the forehead of
Adam
(peace be upon Him) by God within Him.

My dearest loving brother Asma'el Muhaiyaddeen, this is our work, not making lists of the truths of God, not talking about being good, behavior that can potentially prevent us from going on this journey of wisdom within us, within our very own heart, causing us to waste our time trying to live successfully in the world that we see all around us, or trying to make it a better place, or trying to resolve the conflicts or win the battles that we think need to be resolved or fought in the world that we now see, until it is too late, or we are too old and tired to do anything about it.

Before it is too late for us to do anything about the only one problem that any of us really have, which is our state of "separation from" God, that we took on in our ignorance around the age of two, and which became our way of life at puberty when we were swallowed by the "black snake", living out our life thereafter in the stomach of this snake, with all that we do, think, intend, see, hear, smell, taste, touch, know, and understand being but the nourishment of the black snake within us, until we die.

Or until we are spit out by the black snake, when it realizes that it cannot swallow us, because we have successfully turned back to God, because we have joined in partnership with God, with the form and life of God for our age, which is our Shaikh, and in this way, we have successfully again become "one with" God, and as a result, we are spit out by the black snake, as the whale spit out the Prophet Jonah (peace be upon Him), allowing us to escape from hell, from an eternal life of "separation from" God, which is the only fate of those who are not spit out before they die.

6. The Two Separate Paths of Life Within Us - one is the path of living here, for
which you need a woman, and the other is the path of leaving here, to reach
your Lord, for which you need a Guru, but a Guru is very, very hard to find

In this way, we must be very careful about what our mind and desire get us to do, and use our wisdom, use our Shaikh, use the life and teaching of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God  be pleased with Him) to escape, to escape while we are still alive from living here in our current state of "separation and differences".

And learn how to leave here as soon as possible before we die, so we can truly become "one with" God, "one with" our brothers and sisters, and "one with" the Creation of God within us, so we can learn how to truly do our duty "here" from "there", from our innermost heart, and discard trying to do our duty "here" from "here", from our heart of "separation and differences", from our mind and desire, from the world we see as existing "outside" of us. May we both think about this a little. It is very important.

For as Bawa teaches us on page 16, in Chapter 2, "Search for God", in the book,
The Pearl of Wisdom, the paths of either living here or leaving here are very different.

One path, the path of living here, will lead us to the 7 hells, to an eternal state of "separation from" God, of "separation from" each other, and of "separation from" the Creation of God within us, and the other path, the path of leaving here, will lead us the 7 heavens that are hidden within the 7 hells within us, and within those 7 heavens, to the 8th heaven or firdaus, which is the Kingdom of God or the hereafter within us.

The choice is ours, not God's.  God has already make His choice and He is just
waiting in the 8th heaven within us, to greet us, but we can only go to Him as His
Messenger, as Muhammad (may the peace and blessing of God be upon Him), as His
dhat, as the Essence of God, as His Rasul, His wisdom, as the resplendence that
emerged from His effulgence.  We must realize this without the slightest doubt, my
dearest loving brother.

For as Bawa teaches us on page 16, in response to a question from a Disciple, there is no other way to do it, we can't have both, either we choose to live here and get the world, or we choose to leave here and get God.  There is no other choice.

"Disciple:  Swami, show us a way to improve ourselves while living in this
                    world."

"Guru: Dear One. There are two way. If you are to live in this world, there is
a need for a woman.  If you are (to leave here), to reach the Lord, there is
a need for a Guru (Shaikh).  (However), a Guru is very, very hard to find."

7.  To Find The Guru We Must Become The Guru - by getting all that God has
         discarded to discard us

And the reason that the true Guru is so very hard to find, as Bawa explains in this Chapter, as well as in Chapter 3 (The Search for a Guru) and in Chapter 4 (The Four Gurus) in the same book, The Pearl of Wisdom, is because to find a true Guru we must first find and then become the 16 Gurus hidden within us by  God, extracting the 1 true Guru within us from among them, and we can only do this divine work within us, by joining with our Shaikh within us, to let, to get, to allow, the 15 false Gurus within us to destroy us, to destroy within us all that keeps us separate from God.

This is their work, to destroy us, and this is our work, to join with our Shaikh, becoming One with our Shaikh, to let them, to get them, to allow them to destroy us.  Only then will we find the true Guru, by becoming the True Guru.  There is no other way to find the True Guru, my dearest loving brother, and there is no other way to leave here, to become One with God within our very own innermost heart or Qalb, and to do our duty "here" from "there".

Then we will be good, then we will be wise, then our life will be successful, for then and only then will our wisdom have reasoned over our fate, will the qualities and actions of our inner selves have become victorious over the qualities and actions of our outer selves.

8.  To Find God We Must Separate God From Our Own Goodness - by first
becoming Good, by first becoming True Man within the Creation of God, which
in truth is the Oneness of God and His Creation, and then by extracting God
from our own Goodness, which is the Creation of True Man, by making Good
into God, which in truth is the Oneness of True Man and His Creation

My dearest loving brother, may we both join with the life and teaching of our Shaikh,
of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) to do this divine work within us. These is no other way to become Good, and having become Good to reveal God within our own Goodness, to extract God from the Good, by making Good into God.

For God is not Good. It is True Man that is Good, when He successfully uses His wisdom to extract the Good or Truth or Light of Himself from within the evil or falsehood or darkness of Himself.  Such is the work of the Children of God for this age, not trying to live in the world of illusion successfully.

Their is no point in that kind of life.  It is using our wisdom, which is our Shaikh, which is our direct connection to God within our Shaikh within us, to extract our goodness from our evil, our truth from our falsehood, and right from our wrong that makes man Divine, not trying to be good, or wise, or holy, or pure while still in a state of "separation and differences" in the dream of "self existence".

This is why Bawa told Ajwad Macan-Makar one day, in response to a question from Ajwad, that his good through were hidden within his bad thoughts.

Ajwad - "Bawa, where are my good thoughts?
Bawa - "They are hidden within your bad thoughts"

Any thought, intention, action, or duty that we have or do in the state of "separation from" God, in the state of "separation from" each other, and in the state of "separation from" the Creation of God that God has personally placed within us, while living in the illusory world of "separation and differences" that we currently see as existing "outside" of us, is a bad or selfish or self-centered thought, intention, action, or duty, no matter how exalted it might appear.

But hidden within us, within these things of the world are the things of God, is the is the grace, the wisdom, and the light of God, are all of the good, and selfless, and God-centered, thoughts, intentions, actions, and duties of God, of the 124,000 Prophets of God, of the Qutbs of God, and of all of the angels and heavenly beings and lights of God, and hidden within the stuff of God within us is God.

Bawa beautifully explained this point of the oneness of us, the Shaikh, and God, all connected together as One by the Word of God, at the beginning of the "Kalimah Song", that Bawa sang to us on April, 4th, 1972, which Bawa told us was the 1 good day in a 100 years:

-------------------------- beginning of quote from His Holiness --------------------------

Say it, say it, within your inner heart. With shining faith and determination, say it, say it, within your inner heart. Say it well in the state of connected faith. With determined faith and conviction, in the state of submission within the good Shaikh, you should say it lovingly.

With determination you should say it lovingly. Say it knowing the meaning that is contained within it. You should understand it and say it well within your inner heart.

Having seen the one expansive state, and with proper actions, seeing the states of understanding, seeing the state of ecstasy that exists within the miraculous body of yours, and the ray of expanded divine Wisdom that is there, seeing God within Wisdom and you within God, and the Guru within you, and you within the Guru, (say it).

You within the Guru, one within the other as one, and for the Word by which they intermingle and converse, the unimaginable God.

-------------------------- end of quote from His Holiness --------------------------

In this way, my dearest loving brothers, God has transcended everything, including Goodness, and so must we, first by becoming True Man and the Creation of True Man, which is Goodness, and then by revealing God from within our own Goodness, revealing God within the Creation of True Man, and then we will be One with God, then we will have become the Oneness of God and True Man, which in truth is God.

Amen, Amen, Ya Rabil Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahman Alameen.  Amen, Amen, Ya Rahim Alameen.  Al-hamdu lillah.  Allahu Akbar
